When tasting the wine it is in order to remain objective about it's qualities which render it valuable as some thing as opposed with wines. Like wine, beer brewing is often a lot of art form along with heavy science/chemistry. Is it cherry, purple, black, deep red, pale red, lemon, golden, emerald? Put them in an ice chest with some freezer packs and they will stay frozen all day.
